About ONE

Ocean Network Express, known as ONE, was set up in 2017 when the Japanese lines NYK, MOL and K Line combined their container businesses, and it started sailing in April 2018. The company is headquartered in Singapore and is owned through a holding company in Tokyo by NYK, MOL and K Line. Magenta is its corporate colour, used on its containers and on its newer ships.

ONE sails in the Premier Alliance with HMM and Yang Ming, the name under which the three partners have cooperated since February 2025. Its main east to west services cover the transpacific, Asia to Europe and Asia to Middle East trades.

How These Figures Are Calculated

Schedule reliability and route transit times come from ONE containers that started being tracked on ShipsGo between 18 April 2026 and 18 October 2026 and have since been discharged. Transit time runs from loading at the origin port to discharge at the destination. Route figures average every routing ONE uses on that port pair, so a single service in a Service Finder search can differ. A route or month is shown only when enough containers were tracked on it for a meaningful average, and volumes are shown as shares rather than counts.
